All deliveries and services of myDC Cloud Services GmbH are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Delivery (as of: October 2023). We will be happy to send you the current version – simply contact us.
- The services are available exclusively to businesses; use by consumers within the meaning of § 1 KSchG (Austrian Consumer Protection Act) is not permitted.
- Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction agreed is the local jurisdiction of the court having subject-matter jurisdiction for the registered office of myDC Cloud Services GmbH.
- All prices stated in offers or price lists are exclusive of statutory value added tax.
Dispute resolution
Without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts, customers are entitled to submit disputes and complaints in connection with communications services that cannot be resolved satisfactorily with myDC Cloud Services GmbH to the conciliation body of the RTR (Austrian regulatory authority for broadcasting and telecommunications) (www.rtr.at) within the statutory period.
