Your usage

In the client area you can see the capacity you have booked and your current usage. What counts is your actual data; snapshots (add-on) take up additional space, which is shown separately.

Increasing capacity (upgrade)

You can upgrade your capacity at any time through the client area, and it takes effect immediately and without interruption.

Reducing capacity (downgrade)

A downgrade is possible provided that the data you currently have stored fits into the smaller capacity. If necessary, delete data you no longer need beforehand. If Ransomware-Schutz (ransomware protection) is active, please also take the space used by older snapshots into account.

Hard limit

The capacity you have booked is a hard limit: once it is reached, further write operations fail until you free up space or increase your capacity. We recommend keeping an eye on your usage.
